US House Hears CPSC Testimony
Several people testified before the House Submittee on Energy and Commerce today. The House is considering an amendment to HB 1 which could significantly alter CPSC authority regarding the upcoming interactive website and testing mandates.
SGCDpro representatives Walt Sanders and Sandy Spence have been working diligently behind the scenes on this issue.
